Born Pretty Store - nail guides stickers

Nail vinyls, nail guides, nail stickers... Alebo po našom šablónky nielen na francúzsku manikúru :)
Od kedy som ich prvý raz zaregistrovala, chcela som ich vyskúšať. No zdali sa mi drahé (4-5€ za jeden hárok) a nikdy som si ich nekúpila.

Až minule, keď som si vyberala vecičky z Born Pretty Store na recenziu som zbadala v sekcii nail artových doplnkov tieto šablónky na nechty. Musela som ich mať!


Nail vinyls, nail guides, nail stickers... Or simply stencils not only for french manicure :) Since I found out that there is something like nail vinyls I wanted to try them out. But that time I thought they are bit expensive (4-5€ for one sheet) so I've never bought them.

Until I saw these nail guides stickers at Born Pretty Store in nail art section when I was picking items to review. I had to have them!

Väčšie a menšie cik-caky, vlnky a blesky...

Klasické i širšie oblúčiky na francúzsku mani, kolieska na "half moon" mani a opäť vlnky...

Véčka, véčka a ešte raz véčka. Niektoré rovné, iné vlnité...

Na testovanie a ukážku toho, ako šablónky fungujú som zvolila viacero vzorov. Šablónky poriadne lepia, na to si treba dať pozor. Lak pod nimi musí byť 100% suchý. Ja som ako základ použila Wild White Ways od Essence.

Po nalepení šablóniek stačí celý necht prelakovať ďalším lakom. V mojom prípade to bol čierny lak Golden Rose číslo 35. Hneď nato som šablónky z nechtov odstránila. Ak lak príliš preschne, začne sa pri odliepaní šablóniek ťahať ako žuvačka. A to výslednej manikúre veľmi neprospeje.

Ako sami vidíte na fotkách, sem-tam mi čierny lak podtiekol pod šablónky (najmä na kokoch nechtov pri kožičke). Ak by som túto manikúru robila pre inú príležitosť, niekoré miesta by som "vyretušovala" lakom a tenkým štetcom. No chcela som predsa aby ste videli, ako fungujú šablónky ;)

Tiež som celkom neodhadla rozmiestnenie šablóniek a tak sú niektoré vzory nerovnomerné. Na prvý pokus som však spokojná :)


To test them out and to show you how they work I used various shapes. They are quite sticky so be careful. Your base should be 100% dry. For my base I used Wild White Ways by Essence.

When you stick them on all you have to do is add a layer of nail polish of your choice. I used black Golden Rose number 35. Immediately I removed the guides from my nails. If the polish is too dry you will pull it with the sticker. And you'll ruin your manicure.

As you can see on the photos the black polish here and there got under the nail guide (mainly on the sides of the nails around cuticle). If I were doing this mani for other occasion I would 'retouch' some spots with nail polish and detail brush. But the real purpose of this review is to show you how the guides work ;)

I also underestimated proper placement of the guides and some of the patterns are uneven. But I'm okay with thats since it's the first time I was using them :)





Na záver len toľko... Nízka cena + veľké množstvo = spokojná Alica :) Čo vy na to? Vyskúšate?
