Elizabeth Arden - Eight Hour hand cream

Bez dobrých krémov na ruky si svoj život už ani neviem predstaviť.
Preto, keď som z internetovej parfumérie El Nino dostala ponuku vyskúšať Eight Hour krém na ruky od Elizabeth Arden, neváhala som ani sekundu.


I can't even imagine my life without a good hand cream. So when I was asked if I want to try Eight Hour hand cream by Elizabeth Arden I was more than happy.



"Zázračný" osem hodinový krém od Elizabeth Arden som videla vo veľa videách známych make-up guru na YouTube a chcela som vedieť, či aj tento krém na ruky bude rovnako skvelý.


I saw "the miracle" Eight Hour cream by Elizabeth Arden in many videos of well-known make-up gurus and I wanted to know if this hand cream is good as well.



V darčekovom balení sú hneď dve tuby s týmto intenzívne hydratujúcim krémikom. Balenie je naozaj pekné. Biele matné so svetlo sivými osmičkami na pozadí.


In nice gift box you can find two tubes with 'intensive moisturizing hand treatment'. The package is really pretty. White mate tubes with light grey eights in the background.



Úplne prvé, čo ma na kréme zaujalo, bola jeho vôňa. Zaujímavá a úplne iná, ako som zvyknutá alebo akú by som očakávala. Bylinková. Najskôr som cítila len rozmarín. Priateľ zas povedal, že vonia po levanduli.

Spočiatku mi celkom nesedela, no po pár použitiach som si na ňu zvykla a teraz si ju už užívam :)


Very first thing that caught my... ehm, nose, was the smell. Interesting and completely different from what I'm used to when it comes to hand creams. Very herbal. I smelled rosemary at first. My boyfriend told me it smells like lavender.

I must admit I didn't like it at first but after few times I used it I got used to the smell and now I enjoy it :)



Textúra je veľmi príjemná. Osobne mám rada hutnejšie krémy, ktoré sa dobre vstrebávajú a práve taký Eight Hour je.

Po rozotretí sa vpije do pokožky. No čím viac si ním masírujete ruky, tým je "hodvábnejší". Neviem to lepšie popísať. Ten pocit mi pripomína bázy pod makeup so silikónom.


Texture of the cream is very nice. Personally I love thicker creams that absorbs easily and Eight Hour is just like that.

After the application it sink into the skin. But more you work it and massage the more 'silky' it is. I can't express the feeling better than it reminds me the make-up bases with silicone.



No asi najdôležitejšia otázka je, či naozaj zvládne hydratovať tých osem hodín ;) Úprimne, neverila by som to žiadnemu krému na ruky na svete. No musím uznať, že aj po umývaní rúk či riadov som ich vôbec nemala vysušené a stále som na nich cítila zvyšky krému.


But the most important question is if it will hydrate your hands for eight hours ;) Honestly, I don't believe there is a hand cream in the world can do it. But from what I experienced even after washing my hands or doing dishes my hands were soft and I still could feel the cream on them.



Ako som na začiatku napísala, tento set dvoch krémov na ruky od Elizabeth Arden (oba po 75 ml) nájdete v internetovej parfumérii El Nino, kde stojí 18,75€. Ide síce o drahšiu kozmetiku, no stojí za to :) Určite sa hodí aj ako darček pod vianočný stromček ;)


Elizabeth Arden's cosmetic is bit more expensive but this set of hand creams is worth it :) It could be a nice gift for Christmas too ;)
