China Glaze - Sun Worshiper

Ako ja milujem fotiť a upravovať neónky. Zvlášť pri Sun Worshiperovi som mala pocit, že zachvíľku dostanem epileptický záchvat :D

Sun Worshiper od China Glaze je ďalším zo štvorice lakov objednaných z Naillandu. Rozhodovala som sa medzi ním a Flip Flop Fantasy, no keď som si na Flip Flop Fantasy prečítala mnoho negatívnych názorov, vybrala som si práve Sun Worshipera. Mimochodom, fantastický názov :)

Oh, how I love to take pictures of neon colors. Especially with Sun Worshiper I had feeling that I will suffer from epileptic attack in a while :D

Sun Worshiper from China Glaze is next polish of four polishes I ordered from Nailland. I was deciding between this one and Flip Flop Fantasy, but then I read many negative opinions on Flip Flop Fantasy, so I picked Sun Worshiper. By the way, it has amazing name :)



Ak hľadáte niečo, čo vám rozžiari deň, neexistuje snáď lepší lak. Nie každý obľubuje neónky, ja osobne som z nich už dosť unavená, najmä na oblečení (aj preto, že monhé dámy ich proste nevedia nosiť). No táto "cestárska oranžová" je jednoducho super. Ak sa chcete baviť o svojich nechtoch aj s úplne neznámymi ľuďmi, s týmto lakom určite uspejete. A ani vy od neho nebudete vedieť odtrhnúť oči. Ja som ho mala nalakovaný zrovna vtedy, čo Slovensko postihla snehová kalamita. Všetko okolo mňa bolo biele a moje nechty svietili do ďaleka...

If you are looking for something that can light up your day, I think there isn't better polish. Not everyone is fan of neons, personally I'm pretty tired seeing them everywhere, mainly on clothing (also because many ladies don't know how to wear them). But this "road mender" orange is awesome. If you want to talk with strangers about your nails, you will success with this one. And even you wont be able to take your eyes of it. I had it on my nails when our country was hit by snow calamity (well it was snowing bit more than usually :D). And everything around me was pure white and my nails were shining far into the distance...



Aplikácia bola tento raz trochu problematickejšia. Treba mu dopriať biely základ, inak vám nechty len trochu ofarbí. Na dve vrstvy bielej Pupy som potom lakovala. Po dvoch vrstvách sa mi povrch stále zdal nerovnomerne farebný. Nakoniec som sa dopracovala až ku štyrom. Našťastie vrstvičky sú tenké a dobre presychajú.

Application was bit more complicated. You have to paint it over white base, otherwise it will just stain your nails. I painted it over two coats of white Pupa Milano. The color was still uneven after two coats. I had to add two more. Luckily, the layers were thin and dry pretty fast.



Určite sa viac hodí na leto, ako do tuhej zimy aj vďaka svojmu názvu, no momentálne ma to ťahá k čo najžiarivejším a veselým farbám. Svojou konzitenciou sa bude skvelo hodiť na gradienty.

It's definitely a summer nail polish, also because of its name, but I'm drawn right now to the brightest and cheerful colors. It will be great for gradients for its consistency.



Táto žiarivka sa mi naozaj páči. Myslím, že podobný lak som si raz kúpila za pár korún ešte na strednej škole, kedy o neónovom trende nebolo chýru ani slychu.

I love this firefly so much. I think I had something similar when I was on high school. Back then no one anticipated this neon color trend.
